How to Sync Data Across Multiple Workstations

VSTBalance allows for you have multiple systems in the same location and share data as you see fit. Once both systems have been properly setup by VSTBalance Support Team, you will be able to sync data or merge data across your systems. 

Note: If you have more than one on-site system and would like to enable this feature, please contact your client partner.

You will be able to Sync or Merge data from the Home Page. Refer to the actions column to see what options are available to you. 

• Sync refers to new patients. This means that when System A creates a new patient, that data and any assessment information can now be synced to System B. 
• Merge refers to new data for current patients. This means that when a new assessment, training or other information is changed on System B, it can be reflected on System A. 

Both systems will need to be connected to Wi-Fi for data to successfully transfer. If a system can not be immediately connected to Wi-Fi, the 2 systems will sync when possible.
