Logging into your VSTBalance Computer

When you turn on the VSTBalance system desktop/laptop, you will be taken to the computer login page. 

There will only be one sign-in on the system titled User. Enter the password given by your Client Partner at set up. If you do not know your password, please contact your Client Partner.

Once you enter the desktop, you will be able to access the VSTBalance application. To access the VSTBalance application you will double-click on the orange VB icon on the left side of the desktop screen.

Forgot Computer Password

If you do not know the computer password, or you forgot it, please contact your Client Partner or VSTBalance Helpdesk at (855) 443 5744 ext. 3.

Logging into VSTBalance Application

When you open the VSTBalance application on the system laptop, you will be taken to the login page. Enter your username and password and press the Enter key or click the Sign In button under the password field.

(Don’t have a login? Have someone who is already set up on the system help you in Adding a New Therapist.)

(New System with no Therapists yet? Contact your Client Partner or VSTBalance Helpdesk at (855) 443 5744 ext. 3.  for assistance.)

 

Autofill Username/Credentials

As you create logins, all users will appear on the left-hand side. Simply click your name and this will auto-fill your username into the username field. Then just enter your password and click the  Sign In  button.

Forgot VSTBalance Password

If you forget your password, click the forgot password link under the Sign In button.

You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your VSTBalance account, and you will get an email from noreply@virtusensetech.comcontaining a temporary password to sign in with (check your junk/other folder for the email). This temporary password is only active for 5 minutes. To ensure HIPAA compliance, you will be prompted to change your password every 90 days.

Logging into VSTBalance Cloud Portal

You will be able to access VSTBalance Cloud Portal from any internet enabled device. Navigate to: https://vstbalance.com/.

Enter your username and password and press the Enter key or click the Login button.

(Don’t have a login? Contact your Client Partner or VSTBalance Helpdesk at (855) 443 5744 ext. 3. You will receive a personalized email with your credentials.)

 

Forgot VSTBalance Cloud Password

If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page:
