Attending Alerts (VSTNotify Quick Guide)

This article will walk through attending an alert.

1. Staff members receive alerts on endpoint devices

a. Kiosks

b. Notification lights

c. Mobile devices

** Note: the specific endpoint devices you will hear and see alerts on will depend on which your facility is using.

2. Attend the patient

a. Press short pause on the remote to stop the alert

3. Resume the sensor

a. Press bed or chair mode on the remote to resume monitoring
